We're delighted to welcome Mrs. M, who came to us from the mental health team. At first, she was feeling overwhelmed, forgetful, and anxious. But together, with Mrs. M's amazing spirit, the mental health services, and our support, she's made incredible progress over the past year.
We provided daily support with chores and errands, keeping her company, helping her with appointments, and gently rebuilding her confidence. We also encouraged her to enjoy the outdoors again with regular walks. It's been wonderful to see her rediscover the joy in everyday things. Now, Mrs. M is thriving! She's found a job she enjoys, reconnected with her family, and feels truly independent again.

We were happy to welcome Mr. P, who came to us needing a helping hand. While initially facing some challenges, Mr. P showed incredible strength and determination. Over the past 14 months, we built a trusting relationship and became a source of support for him.
Together, we helped Mr. P make his living space a more comfortable and safe place. We assisted him with available benefits, created a budgeting plan that worked for him, and supported him with appointments.
After building a strong foundation of trust, Mr. P bravely decided to seek further support with CGL for his alcohol addiction. With the encouragement from our staff, social services, and his own growing confidence, he made the courageous decision to enter rehab.
We're so proud of Mr. P for successfully completing his 3-month program! While he was away, we took the liberty of creating a warm and welcoming environment by decorating his home for his return. He's now doing fantastic – sober and thriving in his own space.
