Meet The Team
With a passion for social care, Leanne gained experience working in both care homes and domiciliary care settings. She also thrived in an office environment, taking on roles like Care Coordinator and Communication Lead, where Leanne championed open communication and advocated for our clients. Her experience extends to hospital settings as well.
Always eager to learn and grow,Leanne is currently pursuing a Level 5 Social Care Apprenticeship and working towards CQC registration. When not busy making a difference in people's lives, she embraces adventure and new challenges – you might even catch her strumming away on a guitar (though the learning curve is real!)
Zack brings a wealth of experience to our team, having honed his skills in plumbing, joinery, and even the culinary arts! But his true passion lies in social care, where he previously served as a Deputy Care Manager and holds a Level 3 qualification. Zack thrives on helping others and consistently goes the extra mile to ensure their well-being.
Outside of work, Zack's a dedicated family man and a lover of animals. When he's not lending a helping hand, you might find him on the field competing in professional polocrosse or perfecting his tennis game!

Lilly's diverse background in retail, childcare, and a lifelong passion for MMA fuels her dedication to social care through her Level 2 apprenticeship with our company.
The bubbly and kind Fran brings her experience with elderly care, love of family time, and a knack for problem-solving (with qualifications in hairdressing, typing, English, and math) to our team.
Misha brings her energetic and optimistic nature to the team, leveraging her extensive experience as a carer for diverse individuals and her expertise as an aesthetics practitioner and holistic therapist to provide exceptional, compassionate care to our clients.
Kim's friendly and caring nature shines through her diverse background in cleaning, taxi driving, and the energetic tradition of Morris dancing.
Joanna, a skilled florist, combines her passion for creativity with her dedication to family, bringing warmth and a personal touch to her work while ensuring our clients receive compassionate and attentive care.
After providing support to her husband through a serious illness, Tracy transitioned her career path. She is passionate about building connections and making a positive impact. When not working, Tracy prioritizes quality time with loved ones and enjoys celebrations, fine dining experiences, and sunny getaways whenever possible.
A dedicated mental health professional, Nicola brings a wealth of life experience to the team. After starting her career in hospitality, she followed her passion for helping others, working in acute inpatient and secure mental health services. Outside of work, Nicola enjoys spending time with her two sons and unwinding with her feline companions.
David (Dave) brings a wealth of experience to the team. Originally from Runcorn, he thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building strong relationships with colleagues. Outside of work, David prioritizes spending quality time with his wife and son, often venturing to their favorite destination, Fuerteventura.
Mia brings her bubbly personality, customer service experience, and a Level 3 diploma in health and social care to her role as a caregiver, where she loves socializing, helping others, and enjoying walks, puzzles, and meaningful conversations with clients.
Combining her artistic spirit with a wealth of caregiving experience, Beth offers specialized support for individuals on the autism spectrum.
Phil combines his passions for technology (qualified ICT Technician and gamer) and caregiving (extensive experience supporting autistic individuals) with a business administration background to bring a unique skillset to our team.
Joanne's calming presence, artistic talents (especially card design and printing), and experience supporting autistic individuals (including her own autism) make her a compassionate and valuable asset to our team.
Trinity enjoys reading, going on walks, and spending time with her family—especially her sister Mia. Her love for being social makes her a wonderful addition to our team.
With five years of experience in the care industry, Alison brings compassion and dedication to everything she does. She values spending quality time with her family and has a passion for exploring new places, making her a true adventurer at heart.
Pagan, currently pursuing a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care with aspirations of a career in social work, brings her passion for helping people to our team, ensuring our clients receive dedicated and compassionate care.
Ashleigh is a versatile professional with qualifications in health and social care, hairdressing, and experience working with children. Her weekends are filled with energy and joy, as she loves dancing and cherishing moments with family and friends.
Emma began her career in care before spending 8 years in primary education. With experience in hospitality and a passion for floristry, she loves crafting and adding a creative, personal touch to everything she does.
Josh brings a strong foundation in caregiving (having lived with and helped his Nan for 13 years), a Class 2 truck driving license, and a passion for helping others (fueled by his hobbies and current social care apprenticeship) to our team.
Aimee, a daughter of the directors with diverse interests including karate, acting, Spanish, rugby and an aspiring poet and writer, will join the company full-time at year-end.
