Personal Freedom isn't just our name, it's our mission. Founded in August 2022 by a passionate family who witnessed the challenges faced by those needing social care, we believe everyone deserves high-quality, individualised support.
We saw how isolation can deeply impact lives, and we dreamed of making a real difference. That's why we provide person-centred care that empowers adults with additional needs to access their community and the wider world, fostering independence and freedom.

I would recommend Personal Freedom to anybody after a fresh start or career change! Where no experience is necessary as both Leanne and Zach are so helpful, approachable and very engaging throughout the whole employment process. For me personally, even having experience within this field I loved still getting introduced and receiving shadow shifts to all clients I would be visiting to get a better understanding of how I can help them more. I love the work/home life balance I have received, Leanne and Zach are both fully aware of how important this is, an amazing family run business that are already and going to do amazing things!
I love my job, as it feels like I am not working even though I am, and I have a great support team.
