Meet The Team
With a passion for social care, Leanne gained experience working in both care homes and domiciliary care settings. She also thrived in an office environment, taking on roles like Care Coordinator and Communication Lead, where Leanne championed open communication and advocated for our clients. Her experience extends to hospital settings as well.
Always eager to learn and grow, Leanne is Level 5 qualified in Adult Social Care and brings this expertise to her role. When not busy making a difference in people's lives, she embraces adventure and new challenges – you might even catch her strumming away on a guitar (though the learning curve is real!)
Zack brings a wealth of experience to our team, having honed his skills in plumbing, joinery, and even the culinary arts! But his true passion lies in social care, where he previously served as a Deputy Care Manager and holds a Level 3 qualification. Zack thrives on helping others and consistently goes the extra mile to ensure their well-being.
Outside of work, Zack's a dedicated family man and a lover of animals. When he's not lending a helping hand, you might find him on the field competing in professional polocrosse or perfecting his tennis game!

Nicol loves going on walks and spending time with friends, and most of all enjoys making memories on little adventures with her 2-year-old daughter.
Nicky brings a unique blend of social care qualifications (Level 2), a passion for mechanics (and a sporty car!), and financial expertise (thanks to a bookkeeping degree) to the table.
Sky is a fun and caring team member who brings a positive attitude and loves making connections with others. Outside of work, she enjoys horse riding, has a love for Mustangs, and spends her time with her young son and favourite animals - horses.
Stephanie has five years of experience as a care worker and is passionate about helping clients improve their lives and grow in independence. She brings a caring, supportive approach to everything she does.
Aimee, a daughter of the directors with diverse interests including karate, acting, Spanish, rugby and an aspiring poet and writer.
Kim is new to care work but brings her natural people skills and caring nature to the team. A devoted mum of two and deeply family-oriented, Kim is also studying counseling in college to further her passion for helping others.
David (Dave) brings a wealth of experience to the team. He thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building strong relationships with colleagues. Outside of work, David prioritizes spending time with his wife and son, often venturing to Fuerteventura.
Mia brings her bubbly personality, customer service experience, and a Level 3 diploma in health and social care to her role as a caregiver, where she loves socializing, helping others, and enjoying walks, puzzles, and meaningful conversations with clients.
Combining her artistic spirit with a wealth of caregiving experience, Beth offers specialized support for individuals on the autism spectrum.
Phil combines his passions for technology (qualified ICT Technician and gamer) and caregiving (extensive experience supporting autistic individuals) with a business administration background to bring a unique skillset to our team.
Joanne's calming presence, artistic talents (especially card design and printing), and experience supporting autistic individuals (including her own autism) make her a compassionate and valuable asset to our team.
A compassionate caregiver with 20+ years’ experience, balances her role as a mother of six and grandmother. NVQ Level 2-qualified in dementia care, she combines expertise, reliability, and teamwork to deliver trusted, heartfelt support.
With five years of experience in the care industry, Alison brings compassion and dedication to everything she does. She values spending quality time with her family and has a passion for exploring new places, making her a true adventurer at heart.
With nearly 25 years of experience, Carolyn is a dedicated carer and personal assistant. She’s a proud mum of three sons and a 16-year-old Yorkshire Terrier. She loves music, seeing friends, and singing in her spare time.
Ashleigh is a versatile professional with qualifications in health and social care, hairdressing, and experience working with children. Her weekends are filled with energy and joy, as she loves dancing and cherishing moments with family and friends.
Suzie is a friendly and approachable people person who loves connecting with others and lending a helping hand. After two years in retail, she’s excited to begin a new chapter as a PA for Personal Freedom, bringing her caring nature and cheerful personality to the team.
Pagan is currently studying for an undergraduate degree in social work and is passionate about helping people make positive changes in their lives. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active at the gym, exploring the outdoors through hiking, and meeting new people.
Thelma loves long drives and walks, never says no to spicy food (the hotter the better!), enjoys music with plenty of bass, and has a soft spot for the colour purple.
Trinity enjoys reading, going on walks, and spending time with her family—especially her sister Mia. Her love for being social makes her a wonderful addition to our team.
Natalie has over 34 years of experience in care and holds Level 4 and 5 qualifications, with a passion for improving the quality of life for others. She loves to go above and beyond to help people and brings a fun, positive energy with her love of singing and dancing.
Joanna, a skilled florist, combines her passion for creativity with her dedication to family, bringing warmth and a personal touch to her work while ensuring our clients receive compassionate and attentive care.
Carol enjoys interacting with clients and takes pride in helping people feel happy, comfortable, and supported in doing the things they enjoy. She brings a caring and positive approach to his role, always focused on making a difference to others’ day-to-day lives.
Louise brings a wealth of experience from her years working in a busy school kitchen and as a cleaner, but she was ready for a new challenge. With a background in playwork and teaching assistance, her hardworking nature and enthusiasm make her a great addition to our team.
Annesa is a caring and friendly team member who enjoys supporting others and making people smile. She is currently studying aviation and brings a positive energy to her role, with a love for travel, walking, and a good sense of humour.
Lewis is a friendly and active team member who enjoys staying fit at the gym, spending time with friends, and taking on the occasional mountain climb. He brings a positive attitude and enjoys connecting with the people around him.
Karen brings 17 years of experience as a Preschool Assistant and Teaching Assistant, where she supported children to grow in confidence and thrive. A devoted wife, mum of three, and proud nanny to Alfie and Lily, she is passionate about caring for others and brings her skills and warmth into her role.
Kim's friendly and caring nature shines through her diverse background in cleaning, taxi driving, and the energetic tradition of Morris dancing.
Branden enjoys spending time with friends and family, experimenting in the kitchen, and heading out on long drives with no set destination. He’s excited to bring his enthusiasm and caring nature into a role where he can make a real difference in people’s lives.
Karen is a cheerful and dependable team member who loves brightening people’s days and making life easier for others. With an IT background and time spent living in South Africa, she’s proud to now also be enjoying her new role as a grandmother.
Connor brings several years of experience in personal care and is passionate about supporting people to live independently. Friendly and hardworking, he enjoys meeting new people and, outside of work, spends his time working on cars, building computers and gaming.
Josh brings a strong foundation in caregiving (having lived with and helped his Nan for 13 years), a Class 2 truck driving license, and a passion for helping others (fueled by his hobbies and current social care apprenticeship) to our team.
Nicky now heads up HR, supporting our team with everything staff and people related. With her background in social care, a degree in bookkeeping, and a love for all things mechanical (especially sporty cars!), she brings a unique mix of empathy, organisation, and energy to the role.
Ursula brings 16 years of experience in administration and a strong passion for teamwork to her role. As a single mother of two, she values kindness and balance, and outside of work she enjoys an active, outdoor lifestyle with her daughters, from sports and swimming to wildlife and conservation.
Tracy’s chatty nature and vibrant personality make her a joy to be around. She loves spending time with her family, enjoying activities together, and squeezing in gym sessions when she can - all while embracing the joys of being a mum.
Donna has spent her entire career in care, including 16 years in a nursing home and three years as a senior in domiciliary care. When she’s not working, she’s busy with her boys, enjoys holidays abroad, and loves spending time with friends.
Natasha has a strong background in complex care and mental health support, holding a Level 3 qualification in Adult Health and Social Care and over two years’ experience as a Senior Support Worker. She’s passionate about helping others and enjoys reading, learning, and spending time in nature.
